清华汇智文库危险品运输车辆路径优化:理论与方法 作者简介

张萌,西安交通大学管理学院专职科研博士后,助理研究员。主要研究方向为危险品运输车辆路径优化。在IEEE TITS、IEEE TEM等国际主流期刊发表学术论文5篇,在运筹与管理等国内重要刊物发表论文4篇;参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目各1项。 王能民,西安交通大学三级教授,博士生导师,天山学者讲座教授,昆明理工大学兼职教授;入选国j级人才计划、教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、海尔首届雨林学者;中z部团中央第19批博士服务团成员,任昆明理工大学校党委常委、校长助理(2019年1月至12月);中国系统工程学会可持续运营与管理系统分会秘书长,中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会高等教育管理分会副理事长,中国管理现代化研究会青年工作委员会副主任委员;IEEE TEM、IMDS编委。主要研究方向为可持续运营与管理。主持国家自然/社会科学基金、国家软科学项目、蔡元培中法合作项目等国j级项目6项,其中国家自然科学基金重点项目1项。在IEEE TITS、IEEE TEM、EJOR等国际主流期刊发表/录用学术论文50余篇;向政府相关部门提交了多份决策咨询报告,获得省部级奖励12项。
