作者董淑芬,是台湾蔬果园艺家。她喜爱植物,擅长料理烹调,为了开垦田园梦土举家搬迁至杨梅小山城。从园艺知识、花草特性与食用方式,她都有一套风格独特的慢活哲学。目前,她与先生以及一对可爱的宝贝儿女过着被演讲、采访、写书填满的半农半主妇的生活。最大的心愿是50岁后,能当个专职的家庭主妇。
