潘耀明，潘耀明，笔名彦火、艾火等。香港知名作家、编辑家、出版家。1948年2月生,福建省南安县人。1983年赴美国爱荷华大学语言系进修，1984年攻读美国纽约大学出版课程，文学硕士。现任明报出版社、明窗出版社及《明报月刊》总编辑兼总经理，香港作家联会执行会长，中国作家协会会员，香港艺术发展局艺术顾问。
