乒乓球运动是一项普及程度高、健身价值大、参与人群广并深受人们喜爱的隔网对抗性项目。为了帮助青少年掌握1-2项运动技能，促进青少年健康成长，同时也为了服务于乒乓球运动的健康发展，特制定了青少年乒乓球运动技能等级标准与测试方法（以下简称“标准”）。“标准”在整体上采用4等12级制，测试内容涵盖了乒乓球进攻基本技术指标。其中，1-3级为入门级；4-6级为提高级；7-9级为专业级；10-12级为精英级。本“标准”仅针对1-9级，预留10-12与高水平运动员等级相衔接。“标准”在测试方法和评分标准方面力求做到符合乒乓球运动规律、操作简单、评价客观的要求，从而推动乒乓球运动在青少年人群中的普及，为喜爱并参与乒乓球运动的青少年提供一套科学合理的测试、评价方法。

青少年乒乓球运动技能等级标准与测试方法 Standard Test of Table Tennis Skill Level for Adolescents 乒乓球是深受青少年喜爱的运动项目，也是我们的国球。乒乓球的基本技术内容丰富、品种繁多，可以用旋转、单一型、组合型、粗略体验和精细掌握等多维度的视角予以划分和归类。为了帮助青少年掌握1～2项运动技能，促进青少年健康成长，同时也为了服务于乒乓球运动的良好发展，特制定“青少年乒乓球运动技能等级标准”（以下简称“标准”）。“标准”在整体上采用四等十二级制，测试内容涵盖了乒乓球进攻基本技术项目。其中，一～三级为入门级，四～六级为提高级，七～九级为专业级，十～十二级为精英级。本“标准”仅针对一～九级，预留十～十二级与高水平运动员等级相衔接。 Table tennis is a popular sport among the adolescents. It is also China’s national sport. The basic skills of table tennis are rich in content and variety， which can be divided and classified from multi-dimensional perspectives such as spin， monotype， combined type， rough experience and fine mastery.“ Standard of Table Tennis Skill Level for Adolescents” (hereinafter referred to as the Standard) was formulated to help the adolescents master one or two sports skills， promote their healthy growth， and serve the good development of table tennis sports. The Standard contains four grades and twelve levels， which covers the basic technical items of table tennis attack. Among which， level 1 to level 3 are for beginners， level 4 to level 6 are advanced levels， level 7 to level 9 are for professionals， and level 10 to level 12 are for elites. This Standard only applies to the level 1 to level 9， and level 10 to level 12 are reserved to connect with the high-level athlete. 测试场地、器材、设备及人员配备要求 Test area， Equipment， Devices and Personnel Requirements 场地 测试场地应为不小于14米长、7米宽、5米高的空间，四个角可用不超过1.5米高的挡板围起，其余四面则用0.75米高的同一深色的挡板相围，以与相邻的考区及观众隔开。 Test area The test area should be not less than 14 meters long， 7 meters wide and 5 meters high. The four corners can be surrounded by baffles not exceeding 1.5 meters high， and the other four sides should be surrounded by the same dark baffles of 0.75 meters high to separate from the adjacent test areas and audience. 器材 每一测试区域配标准乒乓球台1张（含网架和球网），ZPY—S01发球机1台，测试系统（用于自动识别落点和测试速度）1套、电子显示屏幕1个，指纹机，乒乓球200个，裁判桌1张，椅子2把。 被测试者自备球拍，且符合国际乒联标志的认证规格。 Equipment Each test area is equipped with one standard table tennis court (including post and net)， one ZPY-S01 serve machine， one test system (for automatic identification of landing point and speed test)， one electronic display screen， fingerprint machine， 200 balls， one table of umpire and two chairs. The examinee should bring his/her own racket， which shall meet the certification specifications of the International Table Tennis Federation. 设备 医用急救包1套，全程录像设备1套，专用电脑2台，配备网络接口，并保证网络畅通。 Devices One set of medical first aid kit， one set of full-course video equipment， two specialized computers， equipped with network interface， and smooth network should be guaranteed. 人员 主考官：至少2名。 助考：若干名。 其他考务人员：若干名。 Personnel Chief examiner: at least 2. Assistant examiner: several. Other examination staff: several. 测试的总体要求 General Test Requirements 测试规则 被测试者可根据自己的打法（进攻型或削攻型）选择测试科目。首次申请测试可以从任一等级开始，但应对自己的水平有一定的预估。首次测试通过后方可申请高一等级的测试，不通过者须至少降一等级重新申请。 本“标准”摒弃传统乒乓球测试方法，将全部采用质量稳定、具有数码编程的乒乓球发球机作为陪测；摒弃技评，引用自动感应进行判分，选用黄白双色球实施等级测试，从而保证了标准测试的客观性。 Test rules The examinee can choose test subject according to his or her playing style (attack play or chop-and-attack play). The examinee applying for the test for the first time can start at any level， but the examinee should have an estimate of his/her level. After passing the first test， the examinee can apply for a higher level test. Those who fail in the test should apply again at least one level lower. This Standard abandons the traditional table tennis test method， and adopts the table tennis server with stable quality and digital programming as the companion test; the technical evaluation is abandoned， and the automatic induction is used for scoring， the yellow-and-white double colours is used for level test， thus ensuring the objectivity of the standard test. 被测试者要求 被测试者必须身着运动服和运动鞋参加测试，必须进行充分的热身和准备活动后才可参加测试。 从四级开始要求被测试者应具有一定的比赛经历。凡参加下列比赛之一者，可申请四～六级测试。 ● 市（地、州、盟）体育行政部门主办的比赛或少年比赛。 ● 市（地、州、盟）体育行政部门和教育行政部门共同主办的中学生、小学生比赛。 ● 上海体育学院中国乒乓球学院主办的各等级比赛。 凡参加下列比赛之一者，可申请七～九级测试。 ● 全国青年锦标赛。
