Dr. WeiGao is aSenior Research Scientist and the Director of the USDA UV-B Monitoring and Re,' earch Program, Natural Resource Ecology Laborator)n Color, do State Univeity. Dr.Gao is a SPtE feliow and serves as thn Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Applied Remote Seing. Dr. Daniel L, Schmoldt is the Nncional Program Leader for itrumentation and seo an the National Ititute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) of :he U.S. Deparmlent of Agriculture. Dr. Schmoldt served as ;oint Editor-in-Chief of the journal, Compute & EIectroni:s in Agriculture, from 1997 to 2004. Dr. names R. Slusser retired in noon from the USDA UV-B Monitoring and Research Progran at Colorado State Univeity, He was active in the Sn cievy of Photo-Optical Itrumentation Enginee, the nmerican Geophysical Union, and the American Metenrologicat Society. Dr.Slusser is currently puuing his inten ests in solar energy and atmospheric tramission.
