国际公法英文教程 内容简介
现有的国际公法教材虽然体系完备，但无法直接应用于双语或者全英语教学实践；国外教材存在价格昂贵、过于庞杂等问题。 本书主要具有以下特点：**，理论体系完备，在教学内容上可与国内主流国际法教材相配套。通过本书的学习，学生可以迅速把握国际法学的基本学科知识体系，对国际法基本概念、基本原则和基本规范有更加清晰的了解。第二，凸显思政意识，在内容编排、问题设定和案例材料编选上，强调中国问题、中国意识和中国立场，特别是通过与中国有关的国际热点问题的国际法分析，培养学生的爱国主义情怀和维护国家利益的法律意识。第三，顺应课堂教学改革，强调学生的教学主体地位，为案例教学和对分课堂等创新教学方法的实施创造条件。第四，以培养复合型法律人才为教学目标。通过问题设定和材料选择，引导学生进行拓展阅读，强调语言能力与学科思维能力的综合，以及国际法和国际政治理论与实践的交融。 本书共十六章。包括国际法总论、渊源、国际法与国内法的关系、基本原则、主体、国家领土，国际法上的国家、个人和人权的国际保护，以及国际组织法、国际海洋法、国际空间法、国际条约法、外交关系法、国际责任法和国际环境法、和平解决国际争端、国际刑法和国际人道法等方面的内容。 每一章节由四部分构成。**部分是概念和基本规则，主要参考经典国际法学英文教材，对本章节涉及的核心概念和基本规则进行简要的描述，勾勒出基本知识体系，为课堂教学中的教师讲授环节提供框架，并为之后教学环节的开展，如主题讨论和案例讨论等奠定基础。第二部分是课堂讨论题，具体围绕国际法上的理论问题或者现实问题展开。这些问题可以作为教师教学设计所围绕的问题线索，也可以作为学生课堂讨论的话题。第三部分是阅读材料，围绕第二部分讨论题涉及的法律问题进行选择和编辑，主要是相关问题的经典国际法著述和国际法院近十年来的经典案例，提供学生课堂主题演讲和讨论的材料，阐明相关法律规则的现实价值，以提高学生的阅读和检索英文国际法资料的能力。第四部分是延伸阅读文献，围绕本章节教学内容和课堂讨论的主题进行编写。 本书在内容、体例上充分考虑中国学生学习国际法的认知特点，并与马工程教材相配合，丰富国内现有的涉外法律教材体系。同时，问题意识突出，通过对国际热点问题和经典国际法案例材料的选取，引导学生围绕问题去学习和理解国际法规则和理论。

王云鹏、陈亚芸 ---------------------------- 王云鹏，对外经济贸易大学国际法学博士、华东政法大学博士后，河南大学法学院副教授、国际法教研室主任，美国佩斯大学法学院和芝加哥大学法学院访问学者。已在《国际贸易问题》《中国法学》（英文）等中外期刊发表中英文论文10余篇，出版专著2部，主持或参与博士后科学基金项目、中国法学会部级课题和国家社科基金重点项目3项。主讲《国际法》《国际经济法》《世界贸易组织法》等课程。 陈亚芸，武汉大学国际法学博士、比利时根特大学访问学者，河南大学法学院副教授。 2013年7月曾赴海牙国际法院交流。已在《现代法学》《法学评论》《欧洲研究》等期刊发表论文20余篇，出版专著1部，主编或参编教材4部，主持国家社科基金青年项目1项，参与国家社科基金和教育部课题多项。主讲《国际法》《欧盟法》《国际组织法》等课程。
