娄琦,男,英语语言学博士,生于1964年,黑龙江牡丹江人,牡丹江师范学院教授。牡丹江师范学院应用英语学院院长。主持国家社会科学基金一般项目1项,黑龙江省社会科学规划项目2项,发表核心和省级学术论文20余篇,出版专著2部、教材2部,获得黑龙江省高等教育教学成果二等奖1项。
