汉字与饮食 作者简介

罗维明,江西吉安人。博士,师从水渭松、蒋礼鸿、黄金贵先生,现为广州大学人文学院教授,语言学及应用语言学硕士生导师。目前主要从事古汉语词汇和汉语规范研究。在《学术研究》《语言科学》《古汉语研究》《辞书研究》等刊物上发表学术论文50余篇。著有《中古墓志词语研究》《大众传媒语言规范论稿》《汉字与饮食》等,参编《语言文字应用与教学研究》《二十四史全译》《中学古汉语常用字典》《古代汉语》等,其中《中古墓志词语研究》获广州市政府2002—2003年度哲学社会科学成果奖三等奖。主持全国高等院校古籍整理委员会项目、广州市人文历史基地项目各1项。高黎平,山西人。翻译家,博士,重庆邮电大学教授,四川外国语大学兼职教授,福州工商学院文法系主任,北京大学访问学者,曼彻斯特大学研修学者,国家社科基金项目成果通讯鉴定专家,教育部人文社会科学项目评审专家,中国翻译协会专家会员,重庆市翻译家协会副会长,重庆翻译学会常务理事。发表学术论文48篇,出版学术专著2部、文史哲译著26部,分别主持和主研省部级以上人文社科课题各2项和6项,获得不同级别的社科类奖10项。高远,山西人。硕士,福州工商学院文法系讲师,研究方向为翻译理论与实践及翻译教学,发表学术论文10篇,参与译校6部译著(累计约37万字),主持福建省中青年教师教育科研项目及福建省本科高校教育教学改革研究项目各1项。
