冯俊科（Feng junke）, loom in Wen County, Henan Province, graduateci from the Department of Philosophy of Peking University in 1980. He has worked as a researcher, chief of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Press ancl Publications and Beijing Municipal Copyright Bureau, chairman of Beijing Publication and Distriburion Association, and chairman of the Capital Publication and Distribution Alliance.
